1. Prohibited activities
- Illegal activity, or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing or sexual content involving minors.
- Malware, phishing, credential stuffing, denial-of-service or any attempt to disrupt the service.
- Reverse engineering, scraping at volume, or circumventing rate limits, quotas or security controls.
- Using the platform to generate or distribute disinformation, manipulated search results or fake citations at scale.
- Reselling credits or the service without a written reseller agreement.
2. Fair use
Credits are personal to the account that purchased them. Automated traffic must respect documented rate limits. We may throttle or suspend workloads that materially degrade the service for other customers.
3. Reporting abuse and vulnerabilities
Report abuse or suspected vulnerabilities to [email protected]. Please do not test against accounts other than your own, do not exfiltrate data, and give us a reasonable window to remediate before public disclosure.
4. Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may issue a warning, restrict features, suspend the account or terminate it. Where the law requires, we may also report activity to authorities.
5. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, reply to the notification email within 14 days. A second reviewer who was not involved in the original decision will respond within 10 business days.
