1. 14-day cooling-off period
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund of unused credits, no questions asked. Once credits have been spent on platform features, that portion is non-refundable.
2. Business customers
For business customers, prepaid credits are non-refundable once the bank transfer has cleared, except where required by applicable law or in the cases listed below.
3. Eligible refund scenarios
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- Service unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault.
- You were charged but your account was never activated.
- A pricing or promo-code error on our side.
4. Non-refundable
- Credits already consumed by platform features.
- Bank fees and currency conversion losses charged by your bank.
- Promotional or bonus credits granted at no cost.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with your order reference. We reply within 5 business days.
6. Processing timeline
Approved refunds are issued by bank transfer to the originating account within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take additional time to credit the funds.
