Terms of Service.

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for safeguarding your password (minimum 8 characters, do not reuse).

Phase Neutre is priced in credits. One credit equals €0.10. Credits are purchased in advance, deducted as you use features, and do not expire for 24 months from purchase.

Prices in USD, GBP and PLN displayed at checkout are indicative conversions of the EUR price using current reference rates and may differ from the amount charged by your bank.

Bank transfer is the active payment method at launch. Banking details are emailed immediately after you place an order. Your account is activated when the transfer clears, typically within 1–2 business days. Card, PayPal and Stripe checkout are rolling out and clearly marked as Coming Soon.

You agree to use Phase Neutre in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

We retain all rights in the Phase Neutre platform, brand and content. You retain rights to data and content you submit, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process it to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific search rankings or AI assistant visibility outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment or activity that endangers the service or other customers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Phase Neutre Sàrl is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
